The Best Thing We Ate ⭐️

A close up shot of grilled meat being held with tongs

It's nearly winter, which is perfect weather for Korean BBQ. We finished up our week with KBBQ with some friends at Marubang. Marubang is divided up over two storeys. On the bottom floor, diners can enjoy a range of Korean dishes while the top floor is dedicated to KBBQ.

Being a KBBQ restaurant, the best thing we ate this week was their wagyu. Aside from the delicious wagyu, we loved the yook hae (Korean style beef tartare) and their bossam - which we were too excited to eat and didn't snap a photo of.

William Street Long Lunch

We managed to catch the William Street Long Lunch a couple days ago, on its final weekend. The concept involved four venues - Sauma, La Cholita, No Mafia and Double Rainbow, with each venue offering a bite and drink. We ended up skipping Double Rainbow and got Chicho Gelato instead.

Be sure to keep up with the folks at Studio Appetite to see if they have anything else up their sleeve!
